Friend Lodge in Ozark will be hosting this not to be missed masonic retreat in Roaring River State Park on June 12th through the 14th 2026 to educate brothers and lodges on how to reconnect with its members, run meetings in a way that will not only bring brothers back but excite them to bring in others to enjoy the fellowship and even connect with the younger generation. This retreat will be PACKED with activities that are completely voluntary to attend. You will be able to choose which activities, games and learning opportunities you would like to attend. Even if you would just like to come down, hang out, and do nothing, we will still enjoy the fellowship!
Activities will include: fishing, hiking, camp fire communion, games of all sorts, group/team building activities, MWB Emmitt Bryson as our key note speaker!!! and soooooooo much more. You will also be provided with a packet to take back to your lodge with all kinds of USABLE actions to improve membership, mentoring, interactivity and the quality of fellowship at your lodge.

Friend Lodge will be providing all the meals for this event and the food will be top notch, including a fancy smancy Saturday night dinner! If you don't like the food, the cook says its probably your taste buds.

For revitalizing your lodge, not all techniques will work at every lodge.
However, we will be providing you with the atmosphere you need to create at your lodge to foster continual attendance, an abundance of techniques to generate friendship and brotherhood as well as a place to share masonic knowledge and grow.
The ability to talk to the younger generation about Freemasonry is a skill few possess. There will be resources on site that will assist with this ability as well as group activities that will work on other topics such as confidently speaking with other men about Freemasonry, how to conduct masonic education, a lodge meeting skit or two that will show how a stated lodge meeting can be conducted so that members will WANT to attend it.
